By visiting our Website, by uploading or by submitting any information through the Website to The Expert Institute, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information pursuant to the terms of this privacy policy.

If you are a current or prospective Expert being considered by TEI, you will be required to provide us with your name, contact information, employment and biographical information, areas of expertise, statement of qualifications, fee schedule, references, and feedback related to consulting opportunities that we contact you about. If you are a current or prospective Client working with TEI this includes but is not limited to your name, contact information, and information explaining your requirement for an expert. We may also obtain information from third parties about you.

  • In an ongoing effort to better understand users of our Website, we might analyze the Usage Information in aggregate form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Website. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also revise your Personal Information using data obtained from third parties or public sources and make this updated Personal Information available to Clients in connection with matching you with consulting engagements.
