About Mr. Wendell Duane Rust
Mr. Wendell D. Rust has over 40 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Workplace Safety. He earned his BS in Engineering Sciences, and his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University. Formerly, he served as an OSHA Consultant and OSHA Inspector for the Indiana Department of Labor, and as the President of W.D. Rust Construction, Inc. Currently, he serves as an Employer Representative of the OSHA Law Office at the Indiana Department of Labor, as an OSHA Training Instructor at the United States Department of Labor, and the Owner of the OSHA Safety Expert, Inc.
