Mr. Thomas J. Kelly has 25 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. Moreover, he is certified in Amateur Radio Service through the Federal Communications Commission and a Remote Pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration. Formerly, this expert served as a Senior Field Application Engineer for Radisys Corporation and as a Facilities Manager for General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc. He currently serves as a Senior Consulting Engineer for The Warren Group, Inc.
