About Mr. Ryan Devlin
This highly qualified ice rink manager has over 20 years of experience in the ice arena industry. He has an array of experiences that are derived from working in the industry as an employee of various areas including formerly managing a facility for the last 10 years. He is very active in his field as a certified ice technician from the US Ice Rink Association. In his current role, he is the ice and turf supervisor that requires that I manage an indoor Olympic sized ice arena and indoor field house. This requires vast knowledge in a variety of areas including risk management and mitigation, staff training, development of policies and procedures.
