About Dr. Roger Louis Schneider, PhD
Dr. Roger L. Schneider has 51 years of experience in the field of Chemical Engineering with a specialized focus in Fireworks and Hazardous Materials. He earned his Ph.D. in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He completed his postdoctoral training at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Formerly, he served as a Contract Researcher at the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command and retired from the U.S. Navy Reserves in 1998. Since 1974, he has served as the Co-Owner and President at RHO Sigma Associates Inc.
