Mr. Richard Marchitelli has over 48 years of experience in the fields of Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation. He earned his BA in Political Science from Belmont Abbey College. Today, this expert is licensed as a General Real Estate Appraiser in several states including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Formerly, he served as the Founding Partner of Marchitelli Barnes and Company and the Director of Real Estate Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate at New York University. Currently, he is the Executive Managing Director of Valuation and Advisory and Practice Leader of Dispute Analysis and Litigation Support at Cushman and Wakefield.
