Dr. Michael G. Argenziano has 21 years of experience in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He earned his BA in Biology from Columbia University and his MD from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. After completing his internship in Surgery and his residency in Cardiothoracic Surgery, he went on to complete his fellowships in Surgery, Defibrillator Surgery, and Mechanical Cardiac Assistance at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery and as the Scientific Director of the Cardiothoracic Surgery Research Laboratory at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. He also works as the Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Garnet Health Medical Center.
