About Dr. James Lyle Comadoll, FAAOS, MD
Dr. James L. Comadoll has 30 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his BS in Chemistry from Winona State University and his MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School. After completing an internship in General Surgery at Hennepin County Medical Center, he went on to complete a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview. He also completed a mini-fellowship in Bone Density at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Today, this expert is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Formerly, this expert served as the President of Romedical Care, Inc., and as an Orthopedic Surgeon for Health Management Associates. He also served as the Director of Sports Medicine at Catawba College and as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He currently serves as the Chair of Orthopedics and as the Medical Director of the Total Knee/Total Hip Joynt Camp Program at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. He is also the Orthopedic Medical Director at The Laurels of Salisbury and an Orthopedic Surgeon with Novant Medical Group.
