Mr. Frank M. Paskewich has over 30 years of experience in the field of Coastal Disaster Response, including Oil Spills. He earned his BS in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the United States Coast Guard Academy. He also completed his MS in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture, and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Today, this expert is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Michigan. Formerly, this expert served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 26 years, retiring at the rank of Captain. During his time in the U.S. Coast Guard, he served as the Captain of the Port in New Orleans, as well as the Coast Guard's Incident Commander for response operations during Hurricane Katrina. Since 2007, he has worked for Clean Gulf Associates, a not-for-profit oil spill cooperative dedicated to the Gulf of Mexico’s Exploration and Production (E&P) Industry, where he currently serves as their President.
