About Dr. David Augustus Pastel, MD
Dr. David A. Pastel has 11 years of experience in the fields of Neuroradiology and Diagnostic Radiology. He earned his BA from Bowdoin College and his MD from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. After completing an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital, he went on to complete a residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology. Formerly, he served as the Director of Neuroradiology Education, as the Director of Radiology E-Consults, and as the Director of Spine Imaging at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He was also an Associate Director of Neuroradiology and an Associate Director of the Radiology Residency Program at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor of Neurology and Radiology and as the Director of Neuroradiology at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
