About Dr. Collin Michael Blakely, MD
This dual board certified oncology expert obtained his BS in molecular and cell biology from the University of Washington prior to earning his PhD in the same subject from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also earned his MD from the Perelman School of Medicine. He stayed at the University of Pennsylvania for his internship and residency in internal medicine before he went to the University of California, San Francisco to complete a fellowship in oncology. He is a member of multiple professional societies, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Association for Cancer Research, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer. He was formerly an adjunct instructor of oncology at the University of California, San Francisco and is currently an assistant clinical professor of oncology at a prominent medical school in Northern California.
