Dr. Angel R. Oquendo has 38 years of experience in the fields of Commercial Litigation and International Law. He earned his JD from Yale University, his BA in Economics and Philosophy, and his MA and Ph.D. in Philosophy from Harvard University. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Full Professor with Tenure and Olympiad S. Ioffe Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
