About Dr. Adelmo Monsalve Gonzalez

This expert earned his MS and PhD in Food Science from Washington State University, and has since lead a lengthy career in the food and pet food industry. The holder of six US patents, he is a Certified Food Technologist and a member of the American Association of Cereal Chemists. He previously served as a Senior Research Scientist at General Mills and an R&D manager at MOM Brands before joining The J.M. Smucker Company. He is now the principal of a food science consultancy.
