Having earned his BS and PhD in Physical Chemistry from Drexel University, he has worked for major food suppliers including Pepsico, Colombo Yogurt, and Kellogg's, specifically working with Slim Fast® meal replacement beverages, Ragu® pasta sauces, and the popular candy, Pop Rocks®. For more than 15 years he worked with Arthur D. Little, Inc. where he served as Director of Food Product Development. A published author and holding several patents, he currently operates a food technology consultancy based in the Northeast.
