If you are a current or prospective Expert with TEIthis includes but is not limited to your name, contact information, employment and biographical information, areas of expertise, statement of qualification, fee schedule, references, and feedback provided on consulting opportunities that we contact you about. If you are a current or prospective Client with TEIthis includes but is not limited to your name, contact information, and information explaining your requirement for an expert. By providing this information, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) to us the royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.We may also obtain information from third parties about you.
In addition, The Expert Institute’sWebsite may automatically record information when you visit. This information can include your Internet Protocol address and data concerning webpage requests. The Expert Institutemay place small files called “cookies” on your computer when you visit the Website. Should there be a change in control of The Expert Institute, or all or part of the company is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to another entity, we may transfer personally identifying information as part of that transaction.
For those conducting credit card transactions, The Expert Institute uses a third party to process credit cards for billing purposes. Your personal information will not be stored or used by this third party.
The Expert Institutemay share your information with our Clients, typically in connection with consulting opportunities, on an individual basis. Your information will not be publicly listed or shared.

As one of your Terms & Conditions of participating in The Expert Institute, you are required to update the biographical and employment information you provide to The Expert Instituteregularly. You are entitled to review the personal information The Expert Instituteholds about you and may ask that we revise your personal information to ensure that it is current and correct.
