Robert is a Customer Success Manager at the Expert Institute. Prior to joining the team, Robert worked for a Fortune 200 logistics company as a key account manager liaising with critical, high-value accounts. During his time in the logistics industry, Robert cultivated mutually-beneficial customer relationships with employees at every level of the company. He also managed the entire transportation process and worked with executives to implement creative solutions to improve efficiency.

Robert received his bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Eastern Michigan University.
