Megan is a Customer Success Manager at The Expert Institute. Prior to joining The Expert Institute, Megan worked at Zywave, a SaaS company providing software for the insurance industry. Her clients included 90 of the top 100 insurance firms in the country, as well as firms in Canada and the UK. Megan’s background includes product training, implementation consulting, and strategic planning. Her role as Senior Advisor positioned her as a top consultant across all company departments, maximizing revenue and the true value of the software.

Megan received her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
