Dr. Mariam Ghantous is an Associate of Medical Research with specific training in neuroscience and neuroimaging. She earned her medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Ghantous went on to win a prestigious postdoctoral research fellowship from Northwestern University in Chicago, where her work focused on imaging studies of both human and animal brains. Following this fellowship, Dr. Ghantous went on to lead a clinical trial investigating treatments for lower back pain. She has had three articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Ghantous received her bachelor’s degree in biology and her medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon.
