Benjamin Nigra is a Manager of Multidisciplinary Research at The Expert Institute. Ben brings extensive experience working alongside international teams to address complex multidisciplinary issues. Prior to joining The Expert Institute, Ben received a doctorate in archaeology from UCLA, where he directed scientific excavations at a pre-Columbian temple mound in Southern Coastal Peru. He has collaborated with diverse specialists across the natural sciences, the social sciences, and the humanities to find creative solutions to unique, big-picture problems. Ben has published 8 peer-reviewed articles in major scientific journals ranging from Analytical Chemistry to the Journal of Archaeological Science.

Ben received his bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Chicago and his master’s degree and Ph.D. from UCLA.
