Danyelle is a Customer Success Specialist at the Expert Institute. Prior to joining the Expert Institute, Danyelle worked as an office manager for a video gaming technology start-up. Danyelle served as a research associate for the UI/UX Design team and helped create personas for the product. Prior to that, she studied as a research assistant for a longitudinal twin study on anti-social behavior.

Danyelle graduated with honors from the University of Southern California and received her bachelor’s degree in social science.
