Cesar Vera is an Associate of Multidisciplinary Research focused on supporting the research team during all phases of the expert search process. In college, he served as an intern with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with legal research involving criminal offences. After graduation, Cesar interned for his Congressman in Washington D.C. for half a year, during which time he researched legislative policy involving healthcare, transportation, veteran transition assistance, and trade policy. After this internship Cesar returned to New York City, where he worked in political consulting before joining The Expert Institute.

Cesar has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History with a minor in Asian Studies from Elizabethtown College. He was co-published in the American Journal of Chinese Studies.
