Cesar is an Associate of Multidisciplinary Research at The Expert Institute. His work supports the research team during all phases of the expert search process. During his undergraduate years, Cesar served as an intern with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with legal research involving criminal offenses. Cesar also co-published a piece in the American Journal of Chinese Studies. After graduation, Cesar interned for his Congressman in Washington D.C. for half a year, during which time he researched legislative policy involving healthcare, transportation, veteran transition assistance, and trade policy. Prior to joining The Expert Institute, Cesar returned to New York City to work in political consulting.
Cesar received his bachelor’s degree in political science and history with a minor in Asian studies from Elizabethtown College.
