Alec is a Multidisciplinary Research Analyst at the Expert Institute. Prior to joining the team, Alec directed communications, policy, and constituent relations as a legislative aide at the Wisconsin State Capitol. In this role, Alec successfully introduced multiple pieces of bipartisan legislation, including legislation that will make Wisconsin the first state in the nation to recover its own MIA Service Members. He also planned and fundraised for three international trade missions with Poland. During his undergraduate years, Alec worked with senior attorneys, law professors, and graduate students on the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Access to Justice project.

Alec received his bachelor’s degree in economics and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
