Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert earned his BA in Zoology from the University of Texas at Austin and his MD from the University of Texas Houston. He completed his Residency in Neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine and then went on to complete two prestigious Fellowships. The first in Vascular and Skull Base Surgery at Harvard Medical School and the second in Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery at Emory University. He is an active member of his field both clinically and academically and is a member of multiple medical societies including the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He has published over 10 peer-reviewed journal articles, 7 book chapters, and has lectured both Nationally and Internationally. Formerly, he served as both a Clinical Instructor and Senior Associate Neurosurgeon at Emory University. Currently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at a top Texas University.
