This expert is a well-seasoned security industry expert with over 19 years as a senior level executive in regional and national private security companies. She has extensive education and experience in all facets of human resources within the industry, and is often consulted as a subject matter expert for training and various aspects of talent management. She is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International, and is actively involved in National Capitol Chapter as a former Board Member and current instructor for the CPP Preparation course. She is SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certified through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has earned a Masters in Science in Human Resources (MSHR) with honors. In June of 2015, she earned her Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) Certification through DHS, qualifying her to plan, consult and conduct large, full-scale emergency exercises. She was selected by Training Magazine in 2010 as one of their Top Young Trainers, an International honor.
