Expert Qualifications

This expert has over 30 years of experience as a police officer. He received his BS in business and economics from Culver-Stockton College and his MA in public administration from St. Louis University. He went on to complete his MBA with a focus in criminal justice at Northcentral University. He is a certified Use of Force analyst and is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the North Texas Police Chiefs Association. He has served as the chief of police for a number of cities including Crystal City, MO, Madison, AL and most recently, Greenville, TX. Since retiring in 2019, he has been working as a private police practices expert.
