This highly qualified pediatric care expert earned his BA in molecular and cell biology from University of California at Berkeley and his MD from University of California at Los Angeles. He also received his masters of science in clinical epidemiology from University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete a residency in pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. This expert is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. He remains current in his field with over 30 peer-reviewed publications and as a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Thoracic Society. Formerly, he served as an instructor within the department of anesthesiology and critical at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He currently is an attending physician in the division of critical care medicine and an assistant professor of anesthesiology and critical care at a prestigious children's hospital as well as an assistant professor of pediatrics at a leading US medical school.
