She currently serves as the unit based advanced nursing education specialist for the Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute at a university affiliated children's hospital in Florida. In this role, she educates and trains nurses, assists the Vascular Access Team and Infusion Center, and consults staff about pediatric chemotherapy and biotherapy.
