This expert then did his internship and residencies in Pediatrics and Neurology at the Montreal Children's Hospital. This expert then completed a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship in Molecular and Medical Genetics at McGill University. This expert is a member of numerous medical societies, has earned numerous awards, including the Hower Award of the Child Neurology Society which is leading award in pediatric neurology. He is constantly invited to lecture at international conferences. This expert is exceptionally well published having authored 250 peer-reviewed papers, 2 books, 68 book chapters/invited lectures and 194 abstracts. This expert's expertise in research has even allowed him to serve as a reviewer for numerous prestigious medical journals. This expert previously served as Director of the Division of Pediatric Neurology at Montreal Children's Hospital-McGill University Health Center. This expert currently holds many positions at a Leading University Hospital Center in Canada, serving as Full Professor in the Department of Neurology/ Neurosurgery and Pediatrics, Attending Staff physician in the Division of Pediatric Neurology, Pediatrician-in-Chief, and Chair of the Department of Pediatrics. He has extensive experience in medico-legal cases focusing on causation of disability (primarily intra-partum asphyxia), disability profile, prognosis and life expectancy.
