After completing residencies in both radiology and internal medicine, she went on to train under three prestigious fellowships. She completed one fellowship in breast imaging at St. Vincents hospital and the following two in neuroradiology and cardiothoracic imaging at Duke University. This expert is board certified in radiology and has been highly successful in the clinical and academic realms. She has contributed an immense amount of literature to her field as an author of over 100 journal articles and 5 book chapters on radiology. In addition, she remains engaged in the medical community as a member of numerous societies including the American Society of Neuroradiology and The American College of Radiology. Formerly, she served as Medical Instructor of Cardiothoracic Radiology at Duke University. Currently, she is an actively practicing neuroradiologist as well as Associate Professor of Radiology and Radiation Oncology at one of the best medical schools in the country.
