This expert is highly qualified and board certified. He obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree from Duke University and pursued a Doctorate in Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed an Internship in General Surgery at Temple University Hospital and a residency in General Surgery at the same institution. He further sub-specialized in General Surgical Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is heavily involved in research and has published over 10 books and non-peer reviewed articles, over 98 publications, and more than 100 abstracts. He has been an invited lecturer more than 135 times. He is constantly contributing to his field by teaching, and is currently serving as a Professor of Surgery at a major medical university. This is in addition to his clinical work at various leading medical centers.
