This expert is the senior partner of EMA Partners New York, and a retired Partner of Ernst & Young where he was the Managing Director of the global executive search practice and senior national partner for executive compensation and human resources consulting services. He has successfully completed more than 1000 search assignments in his career across all industry sectors and within all functional fields for organizations of all sizes, and for both domestic and international organizations. He has authored numerous books on the compensation of directors, corporate governance, executive selection and executive compensation. This expert is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. He is an accredited diplomat of the American Compensation Association, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Society of Human Resources Management and the Board of Advisors of the Corporate Governance Institute at Florida Atlantis University. He was named by the Association of Executive Search Consultants as a "pioneer of executive search".
