Expert Witness Response E-007928

I have performed valuation assessments of multicast channels such as the one described, and these valuations are primarily based on profitability. We can diligently forecast the expectation of current and future profits which the parent company might enjoy from the station or network. I have been exclusively involved in economic analysis and valuation of TV and radio stations for over 40 years, and I have testified on these issues before. I am one of the few experts in this field to have been involved in a case reaching the Supreme Court and I have represented the National Association of Broadcasters as well as the U.S. Department of Justice. The vast majority of my professional career has been focused on valuation of properties like the one involved in the matter at hand.
