Expert Witness Response E-069305
I’m an electrical engineer with over 30 years experience in micro-controllers, hardware, software, and reverse engineering. My experience and skills would be useful in analyzing the defendant’s products in view of the claims since it is likely that the accused products implement key elements of the claimed functionality in micro-controller software. I have extensive experience in intellectual property litigation support. I have been deposed more than 2 dozen times and have testified in jury trials and in hearings before the International Trade Commission. I am familiar with the relevant patents, and I believe that I would be a good fit for analyzing the technology involved.
