Malfunctioning Transformer Causes Severe Electric Shock

This case involves an adolescent who was playing soccer with her brother when she suffered an electric shock by a transformer box. She was immediately taken to the hospital where she was treated for third degree burns and an injury from falling after the electrocution. Although she recovered from her injuries, two years after the electrocution, she began to suffer from depression and anxiety.
