I am more than qualified to address this issue and to serve as a consultant on the matter. I have been consulting in the mining industry for 30+ years and have multiple licensures, including Registered Member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (formerly, Society of Mining Engineers). I have 24 years of expert witness experience, and have qualified and testified in state and federal court numerous times. I have just finished working on a few matters concerning limestone. I have worked on hundreds of cases. Many have been purely mining-related and several have even been asbestos-related.
