The Expert Institute Process
Clients can request an expert via web, email, or telephone. A client support specialist with industry specific knowledge will review your request and confirm that all necessary information has been captured.
Experts are interviewed and qualified individually. We qualify candidates based on the following criteria, among others: education, training, experience, availability, conflicts, and human factors.
Clients will receive information on each expert’s bio, fee schedule, summary of qualifications and experiences; and in many instances, initial feedback pertaining to their case.
